A. Joshua – The Courageous
Read Numbers 14:30
Reality is the 12 spies saw the same thing, but two of the twelve
had a different perspective! What was that perspective?
Our prayer today – Ask God to change your perspective not your circumstances!
TRUTH – There is a battle for the narrative today!
Faith, not Fear gets You and Me into the Promiseland!
B. Joshua – The Commission
Read Numbers 11:4-6
What were the people craving?
Read Numbers 11:11-15
What was Moses’ misery? What was Moses’ burden of leadership?
Read Numbers 27:15-17
What did Moses request of God? Why do sheep need a Shepherd?
Read Numbers 27:18-20, 22-23
What did God say to Moses?
Joshua was given (possessed two important things (spirit(18), and authority-anointing(20).
Why are spirit and authority important for spiritual leadership?
Truth = Moses (the LAW) can’t get the people to the Promiseland!
Only Joshua-Yeshua, could lead people to the Promiseland!
